Janeya GriffinFounder & CEO of Equity Space Alliance, Janeya is a former NASA contractor and tech transfer specialist dedicated to building a more inclusive space economy. She advocates for historically excluded communities in the space sector through policy, education, and workforce development, ensuring equity remains central to the next chapter of space exploration.

Amy ImhoffCommunications strategist and Cosmic Ambassador for the Cosmic Girls Foundation, Amy works at the intersection of science, media, and advocacy. With clients across NASA, U.S. Space Force, and commercial aerospace, she promotes women’s representation in space and STEM through storytelling, digital strategy, and public engagement. She also supports Princeton University’s upcoming NASA-funded mission as a communications consultant.
