Senior NASA Human Factors Scientist to Address 2020 Mars Society Teleconvention

Dr. Tom Williams, Element Scientist for NASA’s Human Factors and Behavioral Performance division, will give a plenary talk during the 23rd Annual International Mars Society Convention, scheduled for October 15-18.
