The formatting of your site seems all wrong
If what you see in your browser seems badly formatted, this is where to find help.
This site looks best with recent web browsers like Internet Explorer 5 or above (on Windows), Netscape 7 or
above, Firefox, Opera 8 or above, Konqueror, Safari,
etc. If you are using older browsers, in particular Netscape 4.x, or
Internet Explorer on the Mac, the site will be functional but will not
be as nice to look at. We feel there is little reason not to upgrade
your graphical browser to one of the free ones above or any other that
supports Cascading Style Sheets. There is now a lot to choose from. If
you need to use a text-based browser like lynx, you should find most
contents of the site accessible.
