NASA Ames Research Center K10 Rovers to Visit Haughton Crater on Devon Island

July 9 - 31 the Intelligent Robotics group will be conducting a field test at
Haughton Crater
(Devon Island, Canadian Arctic) with two K10 rovers.
The rovers will conduct a comprehensive site survey of the "Drill Hill" area
using a 3D lidar
(for topographic mapping) and the JPL CRUX ground-penetrating radar (for
subsurface
mapping).
Pete Worden will assist in field operations. Remote operations (rover driving
and site survey
monitoring) will be conducted by IRG researchers at JSC.
