A Mars colonization concept named Earth Mars Ambassadors (EMA) calls for building a new culture on Mars, a culture focused on the application of lessons learned from the exploration and colonization of Mars to the problems facing life on Earth. As a member of MDRS crew 8, I created a photo story showing the greening of Mars – one step to the successful selling of the EMA concept. Images from the photo story and an update on the EMA concept are presented.
