Letter By Robert Zubrin Published In Today's New York Times
The letter, which was in response to an op-ed piece by former NASA Associate Administrator for Science Dr. Alan Stern, was published alongside three other letters from respected space authorities that discussed the issue of cost overruns in high-profile NASA missions.
