Special Science Report
Cheryl Wartman Reporting

Project:
Biology Water quality analysis in a martian environment: LC50 Daphnia
magna exposed to GreenHab effluent

Personnel:
Cheryl Wartman

Operations Data Collected:
Set-up an exposure with daphnia magna acclimated for 4 hours.
Collected 1 hr numbers.

Technical/Equipment Issues:
These are the daphnia that were shipped last Monday so their health may
be in question. Frankly, I am surprised that they are still as vital
as they are. I did get 120 mobile animals. I opted for a 24 hour
exposure to test my methodology prior to the arrival of the healthy
animals.

Discussion:
Number of dead will be taken at 12 and 24 hours. The next step will be
the full exposure when the healthy animals are received.

Questions for RST:
None at this time.
