Brief Narrative of Field Mission Results:
EVA 12: Posed for Japanese film crew helicopter overflight. Conducted
exploratory EVA to UTM 12 S 4250000 0519500 to practise Field
Documentation Methodology. Also climbed to summit of Phobos Peak to
enjoy view and take panorama.
EVA 13: Posed for Japanese film crew helicopter overflight. Finished
laying and measuring marker rope for Hab Ridge internet project.
EVA 14: Posed for Japanese film crew on ATV.
EVA 15: Conducted geology data collection EVA drilling and measuring at
4 sites.
EVA Data/Interpretations:
EVA 12: Site exploration conducted with two areas of interest
identified.
EVA 13: Length of marker rope to Hab Ridge is 320 m (as reported in
Engineering Report).
EVA 14: Satisfied Japanese film crew's required shots.
EVA 15: Most productive geology EVA on mission to date since data
collection has begun in earnest
Hab Maintenance:
The early morning start for EVAs 12 & 13 meant that both EVAs finished
with time for an early lunch and left time for two EVAs in the
afternoon. The crew not on EVAs took the opportunity to rest and
finish up or assess some small projects. A large supply drop of
equipment arrived today with new toys for the science lab. Wendy
(generator) was fixed with a new fuel pump and the Hab's power issues
are (hopefully) a thing of the past.

in the afternoon we will have another geology data collection EVA. The
morning will be a time for organization of the new science equipment
and maintenance of EVA suits.
