Site Location:
1 km SW of Hab; Phobos Peak


Transit Mode:
ATV (x2) and by foot (x2) until the T intersection of Lowell Highway, then by foot to final destination for all crew members


Objectives:
To practice the FDM methodology and to climb Phobos Peak.


Lessons Learned:
Much time was spent using GPS and compasses in order to correctly
orient the panoramic photos of the survey area. Climbing Phobos is
possible but strenous, and the airflow in the helmets is insufficient
for this activity!
