Health & Safety Report
Melissa Battler Reporting

Tonight I completed the Bi-Monthly Safety Inspection and found that all smoke and LP detectors are functioning properly. An additional LP detector will soon be installed near the engineering workbench. Batteries were replaced in the carbon monoxide detector above the engineering workbench, and all other CO detectors were functional. All five fire extinguishers are pressurized within normal limits; however the small extinguisher beside the engineering workbench is approaching the low-end of the acceptable pressure-range and may need to be replaced relatively soon. Emergency exits are accessible, personal protection equipment is available, and first aid kit is adequately stocked. I have more comments to make on a few of these items, and I will address them in more detail when I submit the completed Bi-Monthly Safety Inspection Checklist, separately.
