Commander's Check-In
Lealem Mulugeta Reporting

Crew Physical Status: We're all in good spirits and are looking towards continuing the rest of the mission in full simulation starting this evening.

Time Departed for/Returned from: EVA-00: Lealem, Danielle, Jon, Randall and Olathe, 10:00am – 11:55 am.

Brief Narrative of Field Mission Results: The crew went out for a hike to Phobos Peak in the morning and started our observatory training in the afternoon. Paul arrived in the evening to complete the hands-on portion of the observatory training.

Plans for Tomorrow: The current agenda for tomorrow is to have two surveying EVAs at location that are yet to be identified by the researchers.

Report Transmission Schedule: Engineering Report by 7:00 pm, Journalist Report, HSO Report, Science Report, Daily Photos by 9:00 pm.

Maintenance: Toilet became plugged due to unknown reasons, which was fixed by cycling macerator. More details are available in the engineering report.

EVA Narrative/Data/Interpretations: The primary goal of today's EVA was to familiarize the crew with the surrounding area.

Food/Essential Supplies Inventory: Supplies are good.

Miscellaneous: None.
