Commander's Check-In
Ryan Kobrick Reporting
Crew Physical Status: The crew is performing great and is settled into a healthy daily pattern.
Time Departed for/Returned from EVAs: EVA-11: Brogan and Seth, 10:30am - 12:30pm to Candor Chasma (out of simulation). EVA-12: Cassandra, Seth, Liz, 2:00pm - 3:52pm to Radio Ridge. EVA-13: Brogan, Seth, and Anna, 5:15pm - 6:09pm to "Antarctica" engineering area.
Brief Narrative of Field Mission Results: EVA-11 was a ATV test out of sim to Candor Chasma to make sure that the machines were safe and operating at an acceptable level. EVA-12 was to Radio Ridge for gypsum sampling for Cassie's continued geology work. EVA-13 was the first in a series of simulated engineering EVAs to build a fueling station for the ATVs.
Plans for Tomorrow: We plan to have two ATV EVAs. The lecture series will continue in the evening.
Report Transmission Schedule: Geology Report, Journalistic Report and by 7:00, Engineering Report by 8:00pm, EVA Report, Health and Safety Officer Report, and Daily Photos by 9:00 pm.
Maintenance: The ATV filters were cleaned and some liquids were changed (see Engineering Report). Bathroom faucet leak was fixed. Door knobs were tightened.

Food/Essential Supplies Inventory: crew is noting low consumables for Crew 57 as mentioned in previous CDR check-in reports. New to the list is clear packing tape and Kleenex®.
Miscellaneous: none.
Support Requested: All ATVs need a thorough inspection and tune up during this field season.
