Commander's Check-In
Bill Clancey Reporting

Today was a day off so there will be no report or photos for posting. Abby, Brent, Maarten and I hiked up Bell/Little Horse Canyon near Goblin Valley (7.5 miles). It was a wonderful place to be with two geologists. Most of the rest of our group went to Arches.

Don Foutz fixed the generator! We returned to the hab after dinner to find full power and a table full of groceries from Frank. It was great! We were all really beat, but of course the commander never gets a moment off -- I've spent the last two hours working on yesterday's photos and other email.

I also listened to the Extremophiles CD given to us by Frank. Tremendous! I rate 6 out of 16 with five stars in iTunes.
