General Engineering Report
Klaus Totzek Reporting
Generator/Electricity: Voltage steady at 250 VAC. Amperage also is steady at 4 amps. Frequency 60.2 Hertz and DC volts steady at 14.2 VDC.
Propane Tanks: #1 tank (North side) has moved from 70% to 66% in 10 hours of use. #2 tank (South side) has diminished to 60% from 55% in the same period. The furnace tank is currently at 85%.
Water: The water tank is currently at 43 gallons after a minor filling at 10:00 a.m. The outside tank is almost nearly full. So the current consumption was 12 gallons in a time of 12 hours.
Additional Activities: Work was performed on the EVA radios today, we had to change all the batteries and clean the equipment from the dust. This was the reason for their malfunction.
ATVs were refilled with the gas, approximate 3 gallons were need to refill them completely.
The siphon of the double bowl sink was clogged and had to be cleaned.
The window in crew cabin six is leaky and has been repaired temporarily.
Generally all the doors in the airlocks are leaky and must be packed in the next days to save the generated heat. This will reduce the use of energy.
Problems with the email surfer and the email addresses. This was the reason for the delay of some earlier reports and pictures.
