Commander's Check-In
Kevin Sloan Reporting

Crew Status: The crew is in good condition.

Hab Status: The Hab is in good condition. After Don's late night handy work yesterday our power situation is back to normal.

Daily Summary: Today has been a bit of a media circus. A reporter from the Daily Express in London has joined our crew for 24 hours, and three photographers for two different media outlets have formed possibly the first ever paparazzi on Mars. In other excitement of the day, the Penn State rover just took its inaugural spin on the Red Planet! It will be a busy night of catching up on reports from yesterday and today, as well as planning for the next few days.

Report Transmission Schedule: Tonight's reports should be in by 2100, and yesterday's should be in tonight as well.

1. Commander's Check-In (this report) -- Kevin Sloan
2. Commander's Log -- Kevin Sloan
3. Engineering Report -- Tim Serge
4. GreenHab Report -- Alex Baldowski
5. EVA Report -- Jeremy Sotzen
6. Journalist's Report -- Phil Larson
7. Rover Report -- Amy Blank

Support Requested: None tonight. All is well here on Mars.

Kevin Sloan
Commander, MDRS Crew 50
