Throughout the day, Bill wears a headset to communicate with the power agent system and a "Cricket" beacon so the Crew Activity Analyzer tracks his location (he also wears a microphone that records all the sound around him).

The weekly schedule of meals, with the Director of Galley Operations (the person who cleans up, a term coined during Bill's Crew 5 rotation).
