Voltage: 120 VAC
Frequency: 60 Hz
Oil Level: 7/8
Oil Pressure: 32 PSI

Notes/Comments: Wendy is doing well again.
Xantrex Inverter/Dynasty Batteries:

00:40 - 23.3 - 06 - 11 - OFF
00:50 - 26.2 - 06 - 11 - ON
07:37 - 27.5 - 05 - 12 - ON

11:35 - 24.0 - 07 - 11 - OFF
12:09 - 23.9 - 06 - 11 - OFF
13:06 - 23.8 - 06 - 11 - OFF
13:45 - 26.7 - 10 - 11 - ON
16:51 - 27.6 - 06 - 14 - ON
18:07 - 24.3 - 06 - 14 - OFF
Notes/Comments: James plugged back the serial connection for the software showing Xantrex display on the MUSK (yellow) computer, but it resulted in a power outage and so it was plugged out again. As suggested, we will try to down the power, install the ICA, restart everything, and see if this works tomorrow.
Fuel Status (as of 18:30):
Diesel: Approximate Reading - 3/4
Propane Tank: Approximate Reading - 66% (660 gallons = 2498.4 L)
Gasoline:
Consumed Today: 0 gallons = 0 L
Quantity Remaining: 33 gallons = 124.9 L
Oil:
GenSet Quantity: 0 quarts
ATV Quantity: 10.5 quarts
V'ger Quantity: 14.5 quarts
Water Status:
Outside Potable Water Tank Level: 420 gallons = 1589.9 L
Trailer Potable Water Tank Level: 20 cm from the base
Water Meter Reading: 7965.3 gallons = 30151.8 L
Water Consumed: 44.4 gallons = 168.1 L
Grey Water Used: 33.2 gallons = 125.7 L
Flushes: 13
Showers: 4
Sponge Baths: 0
Tonight's Meter Readings:
Out to Toilet: 1507.5 (+33.2 since yesterday)
In to GreenHab: 8950.3 (+91.7 since yesterday)
Notes/Comments: The 5th aquatic tank has been nearly full all day today. Also, it seems that the "in to GreenHab" pump only runs when the sump pump is on, but we'll check this again tomorrow (i.e. this would mean that higher readings indicate that the sump pump has been on for a longer time).
GreenHab:
Crops Watered: yes
Crop Condition: Crop condition is not too good as can be seen from the pictures, some plants do not really look edible (some of the ones that look reasonable have a lot of white little creatures on them). Repotting may help but there do not seem to be any larger pots (there are only a few very large rectangular pots available). There is enough soil though (there is at least one huge bag).
Transportation:
V'ger: Used - no
Oil Checked: no
Fuel Consumed: 0 gallons = 0 L
Tire Status:
Kawasaki ATV 1: Used - no
Oil Checked: yes
Fuel Consumed: 0 gallons = 0 L
Tire Status: pretty flat front tire
Kawasaki ATV 2: Used - no
Oil Checked: yes
Fuel Consumed: 0 gallons = 0 L
Tire Status: good
Kawasaki ATV 3: Used - no
Oil Checked: yes
Fuel Consumed: 0 gallons = 0 L
Tire Status: good
Notes/Comments: All three ATVs were thoroughly checked today. ATV1 has a flat front tire, but it seems that the tire valve is broken (the tire cannot be inflated).
HVAC: A new thermostat was installed by Don (it was just there when we noticed it). We haven't been able to check whether this has resolved the issue with the heater, but we'll find out tonight/tomorrow (i.e. that the heater does not turn on when the hab is running from the batteries). The heater still only turns on when Wendy is running. (need to use the breaker trick to get it started though). When Wendy is off the heater won't turn on, not even with the breaker trick. The heater's LED is blinking, which according to the description on the lid indicates that there is a polarity problem.
Mars Surface Suits: A brand new suit was delivered today by Don. Compliments from all of crew 46, the suit looks great and it will be tried on tomorrow.
Computers/Networking Infrastructure: Nothing further to report.
Appliances: Nothing further to report.
Data Logger: Nothing further to report.
Upgrade Work: More painting and cleaning was done in the hab. Also, we tried to finish the Robert A. Heinlein tunnel to the GreenHab, but we ran out of green mesh. We probably need another 12 feet of mesh or so.
Notes/Comments: We could use some white duct tape. Also, we came across a light meter (or exposure meter) "CALCU LIGHT-XP," please advise where we should keep it.
