Health & Safety Report
Angelina Amanda Zabala Reporting

The crew is in good spirits and there were no medical incidents today. One of the crew members pulled a muscle the day before departure. He will be limiting his activities for the next 24 hours by not lifting anything too heavy. He used some cream to ease the pain of the muscle. The crew woke up at 0600 hrs with the exception of our First Officer in Training. She woke at 0830 hrs. We had a visitor from the last crew, who used a couple of TUMS and used some sunscreen.

The Crew is in excellent spirits and enjoying their stay on the Red Planet.

Nothing else to report at this time.

Angelina Amanda Zabala
Assistant HSO, MDRS Crew 46
