Journalist Report
Guido Meyer Reporting

Yesterday's opening of the Robert A. Heinlein Memorial Tunnel made its way through German media today -- here's the story and some photos. And this is the radio version:

I also submitted two weekly radio reports today which will both air on Friday.

Ben has been working with the webcams today, rearranging their position, making us all look good. He also made sure that the roof of the observatory won't come loose because of the wind by attaching some straps.

Peter continued his tunnel work today. The framework is done. He wants to finish the snow fence cover of the upper portion to the stairs at the back airlock by the time we leave.

William and Laurel were the main actors in our authentic fire drill that we woke up to this morning.

Steven continued his fight with the generator which still doesn't seem to charge the batteries properly.
