Log Book for March 4, 2006
Journalist Report
Guido Meyer Reporting

Today Leslie was working here almost the full day. She compared the range of motion people have when wearing no space suit, the heavy white MDRS EVA space suit and lighter Mars Skin Suit. She and William did an EVA during which William had to strike different poses Leslie was measuring.

The rest of us dressed up as well since we took crew pictures today – solo shots, group shots, with and without helmet, with and without shovels, with and without the Moon globe.

Peter continued his tunnel project. Today for the first time, part of the green snow fence plastic fabric roofing was put up to give everyone an idea of how the finished tunnel would look.

Laurel cooked the best supper we had so far: "Camp Lasagna" (with spaghetti).

Crew Engineer Steven continued his housekeeping monitoring of the various engineering systems.

I myself wrote the next diary entry for Sunday's web chronicle at http://bildung.focus.msn.de/bildung/wissen/mars-chronik, and also did the next radio reports for Monday. I also took more photos of Peter, Leslie and William today.
