Biology Report
John Thaler Reporting

Crew Training: Several of the microbial swab samples collected by the crew from around the Hab are showing growth. The most growth has been seen with samples from the kitchen sponge, the shower floors, Ryan's right shoe, and the potatoes that we are eating tonight for dinner. The cultures from the kitchen carpet, bath towel, sleeping mat and the bathroom water taps are showing a slight amount of growth. The growth is in the form of white, circular colonies with clearly defined edges.

Halophiles: Samples continued to be cultured at 37ºC but no growth is detectable yet.
