Christyne Legault Reporting

Last day of the mission, tomorrow we hit the road. In the morning, one crew went out for an EVA up North, to “Barsoom Outcrops”. Though it was in the morning, it was very hot in the space suits. The crew came back exhausted. In the afternoon, a second crew went on EVA to experiment with the CRV for the last time.

A French TV crew was with us all afternoon and filmed this experiment. Again, it was very hot. We can feel the anticipation of all the members of the crew as the day approaches when we get back to our families.

This mission was a fantastic experience, with a lot of pictures to bring back home and a lot of stories to tell. We appreciated the support of all our friends, family and those of you who followed the mission on the Web site. See you again…on Mars!!!
