Christyne Legault Reporting

Two EVAs outside today despite the fact that the clouds were all around us. The first crew investigated more of the area south west of the habitat. They found several new fossils and more nice geology sites. They had to race back to beat the rain… The afternoon crew explored canyons more north of the Hab: “Sonshti Canyon”.

This site looked very interesting with a great view so we need to go back again. Darkness was fast approaching so we came back. The exploration will continue tomorrow… One student experiment was on the program for the evening for all the members of the crew. We have to build a structure with the best time with the space glove. Not easy! But we laugh a lot! We have started the inventory and the clean up of the Hab, the count down starts…
