Engineering Report

Generator/Electricity:
The fuel drainer of the generator was replaced today by Don. The generator is now running much more smoothly. Thus the maximum current setting at the inverter was increased to 40 Amps.

Fuel Status: No shortages in sight.

Water Status:
The greenhab needed water desperately. Therefore we had to use more water than the previous days. Inside tank reading: 24 gallons (90.8 liters) as of 22:30h MST, tank was refilled today.
Water meter reading: 1609.0 gallons -> used: 61.9 gallons (234 liters)
Shower: 5
Flushes: 7

Transportation:
All ATVs were used today.
ATV 1 is very hard to drive because the idle setting is too low and the engine stalls.

Mars-Suits: Nothing to report.

HVAC: Heating was on during the night, off during the day.

Computer & Network: The GPS together with an electronic map appears to really useful for exploring the northern canyons.

GreenHab System:
TST reading: 3/4 full
Aquatic tank #4 is full, aquatic tank #5 is 1/2 full
The RULE bilge pump could not be located.
