Engineering Report
Kelly Cole Reporting
This is Kelly, signing out as Crew 36 Hab Engineer. I must say, it has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life - working with Genny and the rest of the crew. Thank you for putting up with my limited expertese, and a big good luck to Crew 37's Engineer!
Gasoline Generator:
Gasoline Consumption: 7 gallons were used since 4pm
Propane Tank Level: 70%
Water:
Outside Level:
Inside Tank Reading: 438.30 gallons remaining
We minimally over-filled the tank today (about a gallon was spilled), soaking the surrounding exposed plywood. Since then a serious stench has developed, assumedly originating from moldy wood. This is not the first time the tank has been over-filled on this rotation, and the wet wood being warmed by the heater vent can cause very quick molding. We suggest a floating stopper be installed in the tank or timer on the re-fill switch.
Water Consumption: 105 gallons consumed
GreenHab:
Grey-Water Level: 25% with bubbles
Flush Count: 15
Tank #5: 33%
HVAC: There is nothing new to report.
Transportation: There is nothing new to report.
Mars-Suits: There is nothing new to report.
Computers & Network: There is nothing new to report.
Data Logger: We did not have the time to put this together, however the cables are out and available for a future crew to attack!
