Commander's Check-In
Hugh S. Gregory Reporting

We are now fully operational, the last two refit engineers, Paul and Artemis have finished and packed up and left as of about 40 minutes ago for their homes and right now Kevin and my 2IC Adam are cooking dinner while myself, Anthony and Felipe are pounding away hard on our reports.

Tonight please expect the following reports.
  1. Commanders Report
  2. Engineering Report
  3. EVA Three Report - Hugh & Felipe
  4. Comms Failure Report - Anthony
  5. Refit Report - Anthony
To summarize, a successful 3 km training foot EVA today for our Brazilian MD and tomorrow he will lead EVA Four and take two trainees our for their first "in-sim" walk on analogue Mars. Remote in hab water tank filling is now up and working, and the place is finally de-cluttered enough of engineering refit gear that we can actually start to get some science done. Still come clean up to do and the Grand Canal to fill in (the trench to engineering is now flooded completely from last nights rain) but all in all, we are in good shape, good spirits and excellent health. Dinner time, photos when we get the ability to transmit them, hopefully soonest.
