ATV #3 needs servicing.

Hab: nothing to report.
Suits: two mikes were below performance. (One is garbled and the other faint) We will test the other mikes to be sure. Suggestion - outfit the suits with beacons so people can be easily tracked in late Surface Excursions.
*Water Problems: Around noon we found that inside tank wouldn't fill. Pump in bathroom was running, but no water was going through. Outside tank was inspected later @1230 and the pump tube was jiggled to shake the thin ice layer directly above the pump. The flow was restored and the inside tank was filled.
The flow from the Hab to the GreenHab was interrupted.
The pump was checked and it could be felt running, the water could be seen moving at the buried tank, however the flow remained cut. @1550. Due to that, we had to fill both the toilet tank and the GreenHab tank #5 with buckets (2 and 6 buckets respectively). Tank #5 was just at the pump level and we filled it over the rear threaded rod. The inside tank was down to 20 and was refilled to 50. The outside tank level did not seem to be much lower by visual inspection.
